Brochure Design

Custom brochures are a great way to have your home displayed in a potential client's hands at all times.  There is something to be said for printed materials,especially when they contain your branding.  Branding is forbidden on the MLS, however, a brochure will allow a potential client to remember the home and more importantly,remember the agent.  Brochures start with one of several designs and then are customized to meet each properties needs.  All brochures are sent digitally in high resolution, full color, and double sided. Standard brochures are 8.5x11 or letter sized.  Premium brochures are 11x17 or tabloid sized that once folded becomes a mini pamphlet.
