TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery Time: Photography -

Creative Vision Studios will provide digital negatives 48 hours after the scheduled shoot. Delivery method will be provided by Creative Vision Studios as either a e-mail with download link or for an additional charge burned DVD. A 12-month license is granted to the Agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property including MLS listings, print or web ads, Agent's web site, and for the Agent’s self promotion. The images may also be used by the Agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. This license is not granted to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by Creative Vision Studios.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy -

Creative Vision Studios understands how dynamic the real estate industry is and things can change in an instant! However, I respectfully ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots. Within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed. If I arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed in addition to the $75 cancellation fee. I do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current.

Rescheduling Due To Weather -

Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can shoot the interior as the seller has probably put a lot of hard work into getting it ready for the scheduled shoot. I will then return for exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather.)

Real Estate Photography Rights & Usage Policy -

Creative Vision Studios offers many photography packages for the purposes of marketing real estate. Copyright to all images produced for Realtor, real estate agent and/or real estate broker (hereafter referred to as Agent) will be held by Creative Vision Studios. A 12-month license is granted to the Agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property including MLS listings, print or web ads, Agent's web site, and for the Agent’s self promotion. The images may also be used by the Agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. This license is not granted to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by Creative Vision Studios.
